Description
Thin layers of Rosa's original sponge cake, soaked with coffee followed by a Mascarpone cream and finished with a ring of cocoa powder dusted with ladyfingers.
Serves 10 to 12.
Our cakes are decorated by hand, designs may differ slightly.
