Yes, we are open every day, 6:30 am to 8:00 pm, to serve you. All bakeries are open for pick-up and dine-in service. For further details, please see our locations page.

I don't see my favorite item on the menu. Where did it go?
We have temporarily abbreviated our menu. We look forward to reintroducing many familiar items and introducing new items as well!
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept all major US credit cards, cash, and mobile payment. We unfortunately cannot accept cards issued outside of the US at this time.
Do you accept payments over the phone?
I canceled my order in one location, can I get my money in another location?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Please follow up with the bakery your order was placed with so we can best assist.
Do you ship nationwide? I'd like to send a gift!
Yes! We now ship with Porto's Bake at Home. You can place your order here!
Can I place my order in one location and pick up at another?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Please pick up at the bakery you specified at the time you ordered.
Can I place my order online?
Are you currently offering catering?
We are! All bakeries are accepting orders for catering via preorder only. To order, visit call or visit the bakery's preorder department to place the order for a future date. Please note, catering is not currently offered via walk-in or online ordering. To view our catering menu, please click here!!
Are you currently offering custom or wedding cakes?
Our Wedding/Custom Cakes come exclusively from our Glendale location. Our Wedding/Custom Cake Specialists are ready to help at our Glendale location's Cake Gallery (located on the 2nd floor.)

Please allow 3 business days for a response.
We are currently accepting a limited amount of Wedding/Custom Cake orders and requiring a minimum of 6-8 weeks advance notice.

How should I store my cake once I get home?
We recommend that cakes are kept tightly sealed in the refrigerator until enjoyed and stored for no more than 24 hours.
Do you offer a nutritional guide?
A nutritional guide is not offered at this time. Should you have a question regarding an ingredient or allergy, please send us an email by visiting Contact Us page and a team member will reach back out to you as soon as possible.
Do you have any gluten free items?
Unfortunately, we are not able to label anything as “Gluten-Free” (due to the nature of the baking process there is gluten present in the air). We do, however, have the following items on our current menu that are wheat-free:
Platos: Lechon Plato and Chicken Plato
Soups: Black Bean Soup (wheat-free if served without the sliced baguette)

Do you have any vegan items?
The following is a list of vegan items available daily at Porto’s. Please note, we cannot rule out possible cross-contact.
Breads: French Baguette, French Rolls, Walnut Raisin Batard, our Sourdough line (batard & baguette), and our
Multigrain Batard (contains honey).
Soup: Black Bean Soup (vegan if served without cotija cheese)
Other: Mariquitas (Plantain Chips)

Do your products contain MSG?
We do not bake or cook with any ingredients that contain MSG.
Which of your items contain lard?
The items that contain lard are made up of the following but not limited to Cuban Crackers (lard), Cuban Bread (lard), Bolillo (lard), Tamal (lard & pork), Ham Croquette (no lard, only ham), and any item with pork/chorizo from our Cafe.

Which of your items contain gelatin?
The items that contain gelatin are made up of the following but not limited to Quesadilla and our New York Cheesecake (Gelatin found only in Sour Cream Topping). The following items consist of Kosher Gelatin: Carrot Cake Slice, Parisian Cake Slice, Tiramisu Cup, Carrot Cake Round, Chocolate Raspberry Cake Round, Parisian Cake Round, Mango Mousse Round.
